ECHO website heightens customer experience

Countax launch an all-new ECHO website designed to enhance the customer’s online experience and help online product research. 


It is estimated that 92% of shoppers looking for durable, higher-value products, research their purchase online prior to visiting a shop or showroom. ECHO’s new website, www.echo-tools.co.uk, focuses on providing visitors with a high-level of information that makes product research quicker and easier than ever before.


Each product page of the website contains comprehensive details of the model’s benefits, features and specifications. It is now much easier to compare and contrast between a range of products that have differing benefits.


ECHO has provided a dedicated section that focuses on its unique technologies and features such as Easy Start and Hybrid4®. There are ‘How To’ videos to demonstrate basic safety and maintenance tips as well as techniques for operating 2-stroke power tools.


ECHO Bear Cat’s range of smaller, semi-professional chippers and chipper shredders are also accessible from the new site. Countax will be launching a dedicated website for the commercial range later this year. 


Special attention has been given to improving the website’s ‘dealer finder’ process. A new and improved system not only offers three local ECHO dealer options, but also provides driving directions from the customer’s home directly to the dealer’s front door.
